Terms & Conditions

All of our rental properties are privately owned and located at Palm Desert Country Club and Resort, 77-333 Country Club Drive, Palm Desert CA 92211. Renter access to golf, tennis, clubhouse dining, etc. is established by Palm Desert Resort and Country Club. The owners of such set their own fees and policies for access.

Your Reservation is considered to be “held” once we receive your required information and booked once we receive your deposit.

Country Club and Resort Rentals Inc. reserves the right to cancel any reservation, or substitute rental homes due to circumstances beyond our control. Should the home confirmed by this confirmation become unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Country Club and Resort Rentals Inc. will inform guest prior to check in and every attempt will be made to relocate guest to a comparable home.

Reservation / Deposit-Cancellation Policy

  • Security Deposit: A security deposit is required with each reservation and is payable within 10 days of reservation.
  • Rental Fees: Payment in full of all charges is required 45 days in advance of arrival. Reservations made less than 45 days in advance of arrival require immediate full payment.
  • Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received in writing by our reservations manager at least 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies paid will be refunded, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit all rent monies unless reservation manager is successful in re-renting the property for all or part of the scheduled stay. If reservation manager is successful in a full or partial re-rent, the re-rent proceeds will be refunded to the cancelling renter, less the $75.00 cancellation fee. A shortened stay does not result in a rent refund.

All renters must check in personally at our office 77-622 Country Club Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92211. Special arrangements can be made for check-in during non-business hours. It is the responsibility of the renter to make such “special arrangements” in advance of arrival. All keys, garage door openers, gate passes, etc. must be returned to our office by renter upon check-out. Please do not leave keys or openers at the clubhouse.

Smoking is not permitted in any units interior spaces

Pet Policy

Pets are NOT permitted unless received in writing from this office for your specific reservation.

Our minimum rental duration is three nights. Some owners require a longer minimum stay. Each rental property has a maximum number of occupants (normally two people per sleeping area). This maximum is enforced and violation is cause for immediate termination of rental agreement.

All of our rental offerings are fully appointed to include the following: A fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, air conditioning, televisions with basic cable, telephone, patio or deck furniture and any other furnishings or equipment reasonably necessary for the enjoyment of the property.

Most of our units have upgraded to internet and free calling within the US and Canada. Some home owners have NOT upgraded. Be sure and verify if internet and free long distance are a requirement for you.)

The departure cleaning is a separate charge to the renter with each reservation. Interim cleaning during occupancy can be arranged for an additional fee.

Stays of less than 30 nights are subject to a “transient occupancy tax” levied by the city of Palm Desert, rates of 9% of gross rents

An initial supply of bath soap and paper products is provided. Additional needs of such items are the responsibility of the renters.

Roll Over Policy:

A renter that rents a condo for 30 consecutive days or longer will have first option to rent that condo for the same time period the following year by “rolling over” their deposit. We will notify you if the condo becomes unavailable for rent or we are not able to roll it over. The earlier you notify us of your intentions the better your odds of keeping that condo. You can notify us any time before you check out. It is you’re responsibly to notify us if you want the condo for the following year.
